By accessing or using the Ecom Beast website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are illustrative — actual items may vary slightly.
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be fully refunded if an order is cancelled by us.
Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural events, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
You may return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition with original packaging. Digital goods and perishable items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Ecom Beast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
