We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information (handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect order history, browsing behaviour on our site, and device/browser information for analytics.
Your information is used to: process and fulfil orders; send order confirmations and delivery updates; respond to customer service requests; improve our products and website; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data only with trusted partners who help us operate: Stripe (payment processing), Clerk (authentication), Resend (transactional email), Cloudinary (product images), and Vercel (hosting). Each partner operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreement.
We use essential cookies (cart session, authentication). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings; this will log you out and clear your cart.
Order data is retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Inactive guest carts are deleted after 14 days.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations); object to processing. To exercise any right, contact us at support@ecombeast.com.
We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, Stripe for PCI-compliant payment handling, and industry-standard authentication via Clerk. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
